EU-Kunden haben außerdem das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen. Die Rücksendekosten sind in der Regel vom Kunden zu tragen, außer bei defekten oder fehlerhaft versandten Artikeln.

Rückerstattungen werden nach Überprüfung ausgeführt. Bei nicht-defekten Rücksendungen kann, soweit gesetzlich erlaubt, eine 15%ige Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr erhoben werden.
