1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to the United States. Orders to other countries are not supported at this time.
2. How long does delivery take?
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–6 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations or unforeseen delays.
3. How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States.
- Shipping Fee: $33 USD
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment.
4. Which carriers do you use?
We ship orders using USPS and DHL, depending on location and logistical requirements.
5. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Please contact our support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
7. What happens if my order cannot be delivered?
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, return shipping or handling costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.
8. What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and materials.
9. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
10. Do you charge a restocking fee?
A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible non-defective returns or cancellations.
No restocking fee applies to defective items or shipping errors.
11. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 3–10 business days to the original payment method.
12. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
