Devoluciones y garantía

Los clientes de la UE también disfrutan del derecho legal de desistimiento de 14 días. Los gastos de envío de la devolución son generalmente por cuenta del cliente, excepto en artículos defectuosos o enviados incorrectamente.

Las reembolsos se realizan después de la inspección. Puede aplicarse un recargo de reabastecimiento de 15% para devoluciones no defectuosas, cuando esté permitido por la ley.
