Tencel is a natural fibre that offers your child the greatest comfort and hygiene. This temperature-regulating fibre controls temperature and moisture levels to keep the baby warm in winter and cool in summer. Soft on the skin, it is ideal for helping to prevent heat rash in summer.

Returns & Warranty

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging.

EU customers also benefit from the 14-day legal withdrawal right. Return shipping is generally at the customer’s expense, except for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds are issued after inspection. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns where legally permitted.
