Return & Refund Policy
BuyForYourBaby is a registered trade name of Baby Center SRLS. We want every shopping experience to be safe, fair, and transparent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. All original accessories, manuals, and tags must be included. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened baby bottles, pacifiers, and personal-care items cannot be returned unless faulty. Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected by our service department. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment only. Refund processing time is typically 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Shipping charges, customs duties, and clearance fees are non-refundable, except where an item is defective or shipped in error. For international orders, any refused delivery or customs clearance costs will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges Exchanges are available for size, color, or product variations. Customers must contact us before returning the item to confirm availability. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
Restocking Fee Policy Certain returns and cancellations may be subject to restocking fees:
15% for specially ordered items. 10% if the order has not shipped and more than 20 business days have passed since the order date. 7% if more than 40 business days have passed.

Important for International Orders Once an item has shipped internationally, it cannot be recalled. Customers must accept delivery and submit a return request if needed. Refusing delivery may cause extra shipping and customs handling charges, which will be deducted from the refund.
