Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

8. Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Unless the item is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

9. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Yes. All products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

11. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

12. Are spare parts available after the warranty period?
Yes. Even after the warranty expires, we can help you source spare parts or arrange repairs through the manufacturer.

Delivery Problems

13. What if part of my order is missing?
Some orders may arrive in multiple parcels. Please wait 2 working days as the other package may still be in transit. If still missing, contact us.

14. What happens if I refuse delivery?
We advise against refusing delivery. If you do, additional return shipping and customs fees may be deducted from your refund.
