Warranty coverage

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, most items are covered by a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty starting from the delivery date. Warranty terms may vary depending on the brand, product category, and applicable consumer protection laws.

What the warranty covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions, including items that are non-functional upon arrival.

What the warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper installation, or improper maintenance.

Resolution options

After evaluation, depending on the product and the issue, we may offer repair, replacement, or other appropriate solutions. If a refund is offered, it will be handled according to our Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy and may require inspection of the item.
