Cancellations Policy

We understand that plans may change. The following rules apply to order cancellations.

Cancelling an Order

You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not been shipped yet.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may still return the product following our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method

Cancellations by Us

We may cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Incorrect information provided
  • Suspected fraud

You will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
