Retours – Articles non désirés

Frais de remise en stock

  • Si l’article n’a pas encore été expédié et que plus de 20 jours ouvrables se sont écoulés, les frais sont réduits à 10 %.

  • Après 40 jours ouvrables, ils sont réduits à 7 %.
