Prices and Taxes

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency visible at the time of browsing or checkout and include VAT where applicable.

For shipments outside the European Union, any local taxes, customs duties, import charges, or customs clearance fees required in the destination country are determined by the relevant authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Payments

Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation. Customers may pay using the main payment methods available through Shopify Payments and any other gateways enabled at checkout, including, depending on country, device, and availability:

Delivery Times and Tracking

We ship to Italy, the European Union, and numerous international destinations.

Estimated total delivery times generally range between 7 and 12 business days, depending on the destination country, order preparation times, and the carrier appointed.

For guidance, transit time is normally 1–4 business days within Italy and 3–5 business days for many international destinations, once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

For some products available in stock, shipment may also take place on the same day, depending on the time the order is received and operational capacity.

Pre-order items may require different delivery times, which will be indicated on the relevant product page or in communications sent after purchase.

Where provided by the carrier, each order is associated with a tracking code.

Invoicing

The invoice is issued at the time of shipment and is made available to the customer according to the procedures communicated after order fulfilment.
