3. Pricing and Payments
Prices are primarily displayed in Euro (€). The displayed currency may vary based on your country or location. Checkout price and currency are final and binding.

(2) Non-EU customers: prices may exclude VAT, duties or local taxes payable by recipient
Payments via secure third-party gateways (cards, PayPal, etc.). Charged at order placement in checkout currency.
4. Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to correct technical/typographical errors or cancel affected orders. Full refunds issued if paid.
5. Order Acceptance and Fraud Prevention
We may refuse orders suspected of fraud, incorrect details or commercial resale. Products for personal use only.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Worldwide shipping. Estimated times:
(1) Italy/EU: 3–10 business days
(2) Rest of world: 7–30 business days
Times are estimates only. Non-EU customers responsible for import duties/taxes.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (EU)
EU consumers: 14-day withdrawal right (Italian Consumer Code). Items must be unused, undamaged, original packaging. Return shipping at customer expense. Refunds within 14 days of receipt.
8. Legal Warranty
2-year legal conformity guarantee for EU consumers (Arts. 128-135 Consumer Code).
9. Limitation of Liability
Not liable for indirect damages. No limitation for gross negligence/willful misconduct.
10. Force Majeure
Not responsible for uncontrollable events (disasters, customs, strikes, pandemics).
