Delivery Time

Items shown as immediately available are generally dispatched within 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday). Same-day dispatch may occasionally be possible, depending on order time and operational capacity.
For each shipment, we select the most suitable courier based on destination, parcel weight, and volume. Our courier partners may include FedEx, UPS, SDA, TNT, EMS, and DPD.

For orders within the European Union, the usual delivery timeframe is:

1) Order processing: 0–1 business day

2) Typical transit time: 1–3 business days

For orders outside the European Union, the usual delivery timeframe is:

1) Order processing: 0–1 business day

2) Typical transit time: 4–6 business days (depending on destination and local carrier operations)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They may vary due to courier operations, customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

For pre-order items, dispatch usually occurs within 15 business days or less, unless a different timeframe is indicated on the product page. Actual delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability.

Tracking
All shipments include tracking information whenever available. Tracking updates may take up to 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight/size of the parcel. The final shipping cost displayed at checkout always prevails over any reference rates.
Where available, free standard shipping may be offered within the European Union and the United Kingdom. This excludes oversized or heavy items, which may be subject to a delivery surcharge or limited to EU-only destinations, as indicated during checkout or on the product page.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Shipments to non-EU destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by local authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs or import charges. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control.

Useful Information
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may leave a notification or redirect the parcel to a local collection point according to their policy.
Invoices are issued at the time of dispatch and, where supported, may be downloadable through the tracking page.
