BuyForYourBaby is a registered trade name operated by Baby Center SRLS, an Italian company specialized in baby products and infant accessories. We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent shopping experience. This policy explains our rules regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and warranties. Applicable Countries
This policy applies to orders shipped worldwide. Return logistics and availability may vary depending on the destination country, carrier limitations, customs regulations, and product category. This policy is available in English and Italian. All return requests must follow the conditions described below and the instructions provided by our customer support team.

Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date, as shown by tracking information. To be eligible for a return, items must be new and unused, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories, manuals, tags, and parts. Returns may be accepted for defective and non-defective items, provided that the conditions described in this policy are respected. All returned items must be shipped using a tracked shipping method. Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers residing in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). This legal right is not affected by this policy. Where applicable, BuyForYourBaby may offer a 30-day return window as an additional commercial policy, provided the conditions listed above are respected.

Return Shipping Costs
We do not provide prepaid return labels. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to a defective product, a shipping error on our part, or an incorrect item sent, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement of the item or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, where required by applicable law.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, the order will follow the standard return procedure after delivery.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Refund processing time is typically 3–10 business days after inspection, although bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases involving defective items, shipping errors, or situations where refunds are required by applicable law.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, any additional shipping or handling costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable in these cases.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for size, color, or product variation depending on stock availability. Please contact our customer support team before returning any item to confirm exchange eligibility. Additional shipping costs may apply for sending the replacement item.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% of the product price may apply to non-defective returns that are not due to our error, where permitted by applicable law. No restocking fee is applied in cases involving defective products, shipping errors, or situations where restocking fees are prohibited by consumer protection regulations.

Warranty
Warranty coverage is handled under our Warranty & Support Policy. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, most products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty starting from the delivery date. Manufacturer warranty terms may vary depending on the brand and product category.
