Returns – Unwanted Items

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items within 30 days of receipt (excluding delivery charges), under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date on www.thebestbabycatalog.us.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Unless otherwise agreed, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Customers must ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by our service department. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping fees and any customs duties are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
For international returns, any customs clearance fees or refusal of delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.

We aim to respond within 24 hours.

If the order has already shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may return the product once received under our standard returns process.

A 15% restocking fee applies for items specially ordered from our suppliers.
If the item has not yet shipped and more than 20 business days have passed since the order date, the restocking fee is reduced to 10%.
After 40 business days, the restocking fee is reduced to 7%.

Once an item has shipped, we cannot recall the package. Customers must accept delivery and then request a return.
Do not refuse delivery — doing so may result in additional return shipping and customs handling fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
