Eligibility for Returns

- Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
- All original accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened baby bottles, pacifiers, and personal-care items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds
