We know that new parents can get really, really tired, and that’s why we want to create products that ensure a good night’s sleep. Our cradle is designed for quiet and gentle rocking, similar to the pleasant movement of a pram, and helps soothe your baby. Because the cradle is compact, it’s easy for you to move from room to room. It’s perfect for the early days when your baby sleeps frequently – and you want them to be close to you all the time.

Our cradle makes the perfect first sleeping place for your baby – from newborn and up to 6 months (or max. 17.5 lbs/8 kg).

The cradle is tested and approved according to the EN 1130 safety standard. It stands firmly on the floor and has sturdy anti-slip feet. The airy mesh fabric makes the cradle cool and safe, and also gives you good supervision of your little one.

Children are wonderful, and they are also wonderfully skilled at making a mess – so we always make sure our products are easy to clean. The cradle’s mesh fabric, mattress and mattress cover are easy to remove and (of course) machine washable.

You can easily fold up the cradle, and it folds up to a height of just 5 in/13 cm. Perfect for storing at home or bringing along when you’re on the go.

Our entire Sleep range is designed to create a good sleeping environment for newborns and young children.

We currently ship only to the United States.
Orders shipping to any other country are not supported at this time.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States.

• United States: $33.00 USD

Shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout before payment. The checkout total always reflects the final shipping cost.

The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and logistical requirements. Carrier selection is handled automatically to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Taxes

Since we ship only within the United States, international customs duties do not apply.
Any applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with local regulations.

Delivery Issues (delays, damage, or loss)

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will assist you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue where applicable.

Applicable Countries

This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States only.
Orders shipped outside the United States are not supported at this time.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tags, and parts.
• Returns may be accepted for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
• Returned items must be shipped using a tracked shipping method.

Return Shipping Cost

• Return shipping labels are not provided.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include reimbursement or replacement where applicable.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests may be submitted within 12 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
• Refund processing time is typically 3–10 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective items, shipping errors, or where required by applicable law.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

• If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, any return shipping or handling costs may be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
• Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable in such cases.

Exchanges

• Exchanges may be available for size, color, or product variations, subject to stock availability.
• Please contact customer support before returning any item to confirm exchange eligibility.
• Additional shipping charges may apply.

Restocking Fee

• A restocking fee of 15% of the product price may apply to eligible non-defective returns or cancellations, where applicable.
• No restocking fee is charged for defective items or shipping errors.

Warranty

Warranty is handled under our Warranty & Support Policy. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, most items are covered by a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty starting from the delivery date.
