• The i-Venture™ i-Size car seat requires the i-Base™ Advance car seat base for installation with ISOFIX.

Returns & Warranty

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging.

EU customers also benefit from the 14-day legal withdrawal right. Return shipping is generally at the customer’s expense, except for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds are issued after inspection. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns where legally permitted.
