Age-Range
With the Oxford’s 3-in-1 travel system, your baby can get around in comfort from day one all the way up to 4 years old (22kg). We know how fast they grow up, but your Oxford travel system adapts and grows with them. When your baby is newly born, you can use the lie-flat position or pair your Oxford with a Maxi-Cosi car seat or carrycot. As they get a little older, the easy-in harness with magnetic quick-lock, pivotable bumper bar and high backrest will keep them supported and comfortable as they grow taller.

Applicable Countries

This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States only.
Orders shipped outside the United States are not supported at this time.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tags, and parts.
• Returns may be accepted for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
• Returned items must be shipped using a tracked shipping method.

Return Shipping Cost

• Return shipping labels are not provided.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include reimbursement or replacement where applicable.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests may be submitted within 12 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Refunds
