Returns & Warranty

1. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from delivery.
   
2. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
   
3. EU customers also benefit from the 14-day legal withdrawal right under applicable law.
   
4. Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer, except in cases of defects or our error.
   
5. Refunds are issued after the item has been received and inspected.
   
6. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns, where legally permitted.
   
7. A manufacturer warranty may apply depending on the product.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be subject to our standard return procedure after delivery. For cancellation requests, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
